๐ฅ Big Mac Salad Recipe
All the flavors of a Big Mac, without the bun! ๐๐ฅ
Easy, delicious, and perfect for a low-carb meal.
๐งพ Ingredients:
- 1½ lbs lean ground beef
- 6 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1½ cups Colby Jack or cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup dill pickles, diced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
๐ฏ Thousand Island Dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
๐ฉ๐ณ Instructions:
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- In a large bowl, add the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and pickles.
- Top with cooked ground beef and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and toss gently before serving.
