๐Ÿฅ— Big Mac Salad Recipe

All the flavors of a Big Mac, without the bun! ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿฅ—
Easy, delicious, and perfect for a low-carb meal.

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:

  • 1½ lbs lean ground beef
  • 6 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1½ cups Colby Jack or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup dill pickles, diced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

๐Ÿฏ Thousand Island Dressing:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions:

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a large bowl, add the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and pickles.
  4. Top with cooked ground beef and shredded cheese.
  5. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and toss gently before serving.
