📝 Ingredients
- 500 g (1 lb) beef stew meat or sirloin, sliced
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 250 g (8 oz) egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Gruyère cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Brown the beef
Heat oil or butter in a large pan or pot. Add beef and cook until nicely browned. -
Build the flavor
