1 pound chicken tenderloins
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the Italian dressing, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
Add the chicken tenderloins to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the chicken tenderloins in a single layer in the basket.
Air fry the chicken for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Serve the chicken tenderloins hot with your favorite dipping sauce or sides.
