Pineapple Juice Cake

 








A Pineapple Juice Cake is a moist and flavorful dessert bursting with tropical pineapple flavor. It’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

For the Cake:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix (or homemade equivalent)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (from canned pineapple or fresh)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Pineapple Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cake Batter

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix, pineapple juice, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spread evenly.

Step 2: Bake the Cake

  1. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack.

Step 3: Make the Pineapple Glaze

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together powdered sugar, pineapple juice, and melted butter. Heat just until warm (do not boil).

Step 4: Glaze & Serve

  1. While the cake is still warm, pour the pineapple glaze over the top, allowing it to soak in.
  2. Let the cake cool completely before slicing.

Serving Suggestions

  • Dust with powdered sugar for a classic look.
  • Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
  • Add toasted coconut or chopped pecans for extra texture.
