Ingredients:
For the cake:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup cherries (fresh or canned, drained and halved)
For the topping:
- ½ cup apricot jam (or any fruit jam)
- ½ cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan.
