Baked lychee tarts sound delicious! Here's a basic recipe you can try:


Ingredients:


- 1 package of pre-made tart shells (or you can make your own pastry dough)

- 1 can of lychees, drained and chopped

- 1/2 cup of heavy cream

- 1/4 cup of sugar

- 2 eggs

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Place the tart shells on a baking sheet.

3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

4. Fill each tart shell with a spoonful of chopped lychees.

5. Pour the cream mixture over the lychees, filling each tart shell almost to the top.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set and the tart shells are golden brown.

7. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
